The Challenge
Managing logistics operations manually was time-consuming and error-prone. Staff had to handle shipment data in spreadsheets, generate invoices and delivery orders manually, and track customer and agent information separately. This led to inefficiencies, duplicated work, and a high risk of calculation or data entry errors — especially when handling large volumes of shipments and cost adjustments.
The Solution
I developed a customized web system tailored to Megah Utama's workflow. The platform allows shipment data to be uploaded via Excel, automates the generation of invoices and delivery orders, and supports dynamic cost adjustments. It includes a robust customer and agent management module, with seamless integration into the invoicing process — automatically pulling customer and agent info into each invoice. The system also features role-based admin controls, ensuring secure, streamlined operations across all departments.
