The Challenge
Bloomdays needed a scalable sales platform to manage a growing network of sales agents, product orders, and performance-based rewards. The client required a system that could handle multi-tier agent structures (upline/downline), dynamic commission and bonus schemes, and real-time sales statistics — all while keeping the experience user-friendly for both admins and agents.
The Solution
I developed two connected platforms: an agent portal for placing orders, tracking team performance, and managing rewards — and an admin dashboard for full system oversight, including agent management, order processing, and commission settings.
The platform supports a ranking-based reward system, with automated monthly bonus calculations tied to both individual and team sales.
