Introduction
Snowice is a logistics and asset management platform built for businesses with mobile fleets. I was responsible for the complete backend development — including server setup, database design, and API creation. The platform enables mobile driver check-ins, real-time location tracking, admin order assignment, and asset management, all powered by a robust and scalable backend system.

The Challenge
The system needed to support real-time tracking of lorry locations via latitude and longitude, alongside accurate mileage logging during clock-in/out. The backend also had to handle high-concurrency requests from drivers on mobile, while supporting additional features like order dispatching and company asset management.
The Solution
I developed a scalable backend API and database architecture to ensure efficient handling of real-time driver data, including location tracking, mileage validation, and clock-in/out recording. The infrastructure was built to support high loads from mobile devices. I also implemented robust order management and asset tracking systems, with everything visualized through a clean admin panel that supports live maps, driver monitoring, and push notifications.
